• Medical Records: Worse Than You Thought

I wrote earlier about post-9/11 changes in medical privacy laws that require your doctor to hand over your medical information to the U.S. government as needed for intelligence and national security reasons. S/he is not required to ask for your authorization nor even tell you the information was given to the NSA or others. That seemed scary enough.

However, I heard from a health insurance insider, who says the situation is actually much worse:

All insurance claims, including date, service, meds, units, all meta data, who you saw and why automatically goes to the government. This has been going on since 2003.

Assume it all automatically goes into the MSA (M=N) database and to every law enforcement fusion (z=s) center. Assume it is linked to your drivers license file.

Let me assure you that a “national ID” has nothing to do with a card, chip, barcode, magnetic strip, etc. It is all about the data on file and how it is linked together. The card, chip, barcode, RFID, whatever, is merely how the data is expressed.

That’s it. Can’t confirm any of it, so decide for yourself. Sleep well, America.

Any one who thinks we haven’t arrived at the bottom of the abyss is a fucking imbecile. All I know is I’ll NEVER sign up for a National ID, let alone take a chip or mark. They’ll have to kill me first. However, they better be prepared to die them self trying.

On a side note related to Peter’s post on the current Iraq meltdown..

quote”Tony Blair last night accused critics of the war in Iraq of trying to “wilfully” claim the current crisis in the country is a result of the original invasion”unquote

      BWHAHAHAHA…HOHOHOHOHOHO..HEEHEHEHEHE..HAHAHAHAHA!

Blair. Current crisis isn’t the result of the Iraq invasion/war by virtue of his/Bush’s lies.

quote:””We have to liberate ourselves from the notion that ‘we’ have caused this.”
      Liberate.
      BWHAHAHAHA…HOHOHOHOHOHO..HEEHEHEHEHE..HAHAHAHAHA!

These war criminals never cease to fucking amaze me.

I’m sorry. I can’t help it when I read shit like this.

Sorry to further add fuel, but the point is you do not need to sign up, nor is opting out an option. A card, chip, mark or whatever is just a medium, a delivery system, a vessel to hold the hemlock. What serves as a national ID is the data itself, however it is expressed. That game is already over.

Tony Blair can make that bold claim thanks to the ‘Hutton style’ inquiries he seems to be a proponent of:

      http://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2014/feb/19/tony-blair-rebekah-brooks-phone-hacking

Most of us call it a ‘whitewash’ but that seems to be par for the track record when it comes to the Iraq debacle.

Another irony, the News of the World scandal, in which media somehow had access to phone records of ordinary citizens and celebrities alike, predated the Snowden affair

wait…I underestimated your point. What GAME is already over Peter? You seem to be extrapolating something and handing us a coded message. What am I missing other than the very thing Senator Church warned us about 30 years ago?

My non-coded point was that a physical national ID card, chip or number is unneeded. If the govt has all the data, they can identify you with the data. You cannot opt out because you were not asked to opt in.

Of course all those horny congressmen who contract STDs on their junk-ets sleeping with their broads can opt out by getting treatment abroad.

Speaking of Blair..I guess I’m not the only one who thinks he’s a psycho.

      Back to the point…

I know. 6 months ago, I had to sign up for the Michigan health care system. I had to go through a half hour “interview” where they asked all kinds of questions, which was weird enough. However, the last question the “nurse” asked me was..”Do you own a gun”. WTF? I asked her wtf owning a gun has to do with my health? She said they are “required” to ask this now. I told her to fuck off. I wasn’t going to answer it. Well, apparently that didn’t trigger any kind of rejection or anything, but probably went into a database as I’m some kind of dissident or something. No matter, we’re all in the Ministry of Truth database now as we are ALL enemies of the State. Orwell is not a tin foil hat subject anymore. The jackboots on peoples faces are already happening too.
